Rochelle and Gareth’s Team: Year 11/12 Girls

We had a good first day, we lost against Craigslea who won gold last year, we think nerves played a big part but were happy with how we played and felt it was a good solid start to the tournament. We learnt from our mistakes in the first game and had a close 5 setter win against Monbulk.

Play of the day – Aoife (normally our gun libero) played middle and hit an attack line ball. What a legend.

Player of the day – Bec: consistent spiking, aces in serve and good ups. An all rounder!!

Quote of the day – ‘it actually Panda meat?’
